Wenbo Lu

Professor Wenbo Lu received his PH.D. of Geotechnical Engineering in 1995.He has experience as a teacher, researcher and engineer. His main research interests are in the field of blasting induced damage and rockmass excavation response control for hydropower projects.

He won the Distinguished Young Scientists Award from National Natural Science Foundation of China in 2011.

Now he is the vice president of China Society of Explosive and Blasting, professor of State key laboratory of Water Resources Engineering and Management, Wuhan University, China.
